Bulla Gastrobar: Contemporary Spanish Tapas and Craft Beer Sangria

October 24, 2017 | bridge

The chef at Bulla Gastrobar is serious about crafting top-notch cuisine, but that doesn't mean the menu at this Doral restaurant is totally predictable. To the contrary, the kitchen team surprises diners with a mix of classic Spanish tapas and contemporary creations inspired by current culinary trends.

Combine a few of the small plates to create a feast at Bulla Gastrobar. Don't miss the albondigas, meatballs made of veal and pork with manchego cheese and tomato frito. Complement them with the patatas bravas, a signature Spanish small plate consisting of crispy cubes of potato smothered with a spicy brava sauce and aioli. Round out the meal with huevos Bulla, which are eggs served with house-made potato chips, Serrano ham, potato foam, and truffle oil. Wash everything down with one of the inventive cocktails from the menu, like the beer sangria, which features a blonde ale crafted in Florida.
